*Consider: HIV test, CXR, age-appropriate cancer screening&lt;br /&gt;
*CT abdomen/pelvis if red flags (palpable mass, severe symptoms, elderly)&lt;br /&gt;

*ED role is primarily to evaluate for acute dangerous causes&lt;br /&gt;
