- Polyarthralgias, bilateral and symmetrical
- Rash- maculopapular
- Myalgias
- Nausea and vomiting
- Lymphocytopenia
- Elevated LFTs
- AKI
- 3-7d incubation period
Chronic
- May cause long-term symptoms, with long-term musculoskeletal pain from months to years post infection[1]
