Clinical Features

- Hip bursitis
- Psoas abscess
- Piriformis syndrome
- Meralgia paresthetica
- Septic arthritis
- Obturator nerve entrapment
- Avascular necrosis of hip
Management
- NSAIDs, rest, heat
Disposition
- Admit for IV antibiotics if infected bursa is suspected
