- Is the rhythm fast or slow?
- Are the QRS complexes wide or narrow?
- Is the rhythm regular or irregular?
Algorithms
- BLS
- Adult Pulseless Arrest
- ACLS: Bradycardia (with pulse)
- Use Adult Pulseless Arrest algorithm if no pulse = PEA
- ACLS: Tachycardia
