Background
- Variant of postural hypotension

Diagnosis
- Diagnosis of exclusion
Differential Diagnosis
Environmental heat diagnoses
Management
- Remove pt from heat source
- Give PO or IV rehydration
Disposition
- Hospitalization usually is not necessary
