Adult Dosing
- Uncomplicated influenza: 600mg IV as single dose
- Influenza requiring hospitalization: 600mg IV daily or 300mg IV BID for 5-10 days

- Pregnancy Rating: C
- Lactation risk: Infant risk cannot be ruled out
- Renal dosing
- CrCl 30-50: 150-200mg IV daily
- CrCl 10-30: 100mg IV daily
- CrCl <10: 100 mg IV on day 1, followed by 15 mg IV daily on subsequent days
