The emergency medicine residency program at Reading Hospital offers a host of innovative educational and clinical experiences to prepare residents to become an outstanding clinician. Reading is recognized nationally for high quality care, an exceptional commitment of faculty to the growth of each resident, and for its outstanding breadth of clinical experiences. Reading Hospital Emergency Department is one of the busiest emergency departments in Pennsylvania by patient volumes, making it an excellent and consistent learning environment for residents.
