- Allergy to class/drug
- Concomitant use of CYP3A4 substrates (e.g. ergots, lurasidone, methadone, oral midazolam, simvastatin, ticagrelor, and triazolam)
- Ventricular dysfunction (relative)

Mechanism of Action
- Inhibits synthesis of ergosterol (fungal cell membrane component)
