11) tetanus


Treatment

Asymptomatic

-calcium gluconate 1 gm PO Q6hrs

-vitamin D (calcitriol) 0.2 mcg BID


Symptomatic

-calcium gluconate/chloride 10mL of 10% sol over 10min IV
