HSV encephalitis

Acyclovir 10mg/kg every 8hrs

HZV encephalitis

Acyclovir 10mg/kg every 8hr

CMV encephalitis

Ganciclovir 5mg/kg IV every 12hr OR
Foscarnet 90mg/kg IV every 12 hrs
